1. General Provisions
1.1. This Policy defines the procedure and conditions for refunding funds sent by Users to ChamXchange.com addresses during the exchange of cryptocurrencies, electronic money, or other digital assets.
1.2. Refunds are made only in cases where the execution of an order was impossible due to technical or other reasons beyond the User’s control, or in the event of a confirmed error in the payment details provided during order creation.
1.3. This Refund Policy is governed by applicable law, internal security standards, the User Agreement, and the Service’s AML/KYC Policy.
2. Grounds for Refund
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:
• the order was paid, but the exchange could not be completed due to a technical issue;
• the payment was received after the automatic cancellation of the order (timeout expired);
• the User provided incorrect details (account number, wallet address, banking information);
• the receiving account was unavailable, blocked, or does not support incoming transfers;
• the operation cannot be completed due to external factors (failures in payment systems, blockchain networks, banks, etc.).

If no additional checks are required, the refund is processed within 24 hours.
4. Refund Principles
• Refunds are made only to the original address or account from which the payment was sent.
• If a refund to the original address is not possible, the funds may be sent to an alternative address after the User passes verification.
• The Service is not responsible for User errors in the payment details provided.
• Funds sent without an order or with incorrect information can only be refunded after they are actually received back to the Service’s wallet.
5. Refund of Erroneous Transfers
5.1. If the User mistakenly sends funds:
– to the wrong address;
– to an outdated address;
– without creating an order,
a refund is only possible after the funds are returned to the ChamXchange.com wallet.
5.2. The Service may request supporting documents.
5.3. Refunds are not guaranteed if the funds were sent to addresses not owned by the Service.
6. Storage and Processing Periods
6.1. Funds eligible for refund but not returned due to incomplete data may be held in internal wallets for up to 6 months.
6.2. During this period, the User may resubmit a request with corrected information. After 6 months, unclaimed funds may be written off in favor of the Service.
7. AML Review and Grounds for Refusal
7.1. All transactions undergo AML verification under the Service’s Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing policy.
7.2. Refunds may be temporarily suspended during a compliance check if potential risks are detected.
7.3. The Service may refuse a refund if:
