ChamXchange.com User Agreement
1. General Provisions
1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter — the “Agreement”) defines the terms and conditions for the provision of digital and electronic asset exchange services on the ChamXchange.com platform, as well as the rules of interaction between the Service and the User.
1.2. The Parties to the Agreement are:
Service — the online platform ChamXchange.com, providing electronic and digital currency exchange services;
User — an individual who uses the website’s functionality and accepts the terms of this Agreement.
1.3. The use of ChamXchange.com constitutes full acceptance by the User of all terms and conditions set forth in this document. If the User does not agree with the Agreement, the use of the Service is prohibited.
1.4. The current version of the Agreement is available on ChamXchange.com. The Administration reserves the right to amend this document unilaterally without prior notice.
2. Terms and Definitions
ChamXchange.com Service — an online platform for exchanging cryptocurrencies, electronic money, and other digital assets.
User — an individual who uses the Service and agrees to this Agreement.
Payment System — a third-party system providing online transfers and settlements.
Electronic Asset — a digital equivalent of value expressed in cryptocurrency or other electronic form.
Operation / Transaction — the transfer of funds from one person to another.
Order — an electronic request submitted by the User to perform an exchange through the Service’s website.
Source Currency — the asset sent by the User for exchange.
Resulting Currency — the asset received by the User after the exchange.
Exchange Rate — the ratio of asset values at the time of exchange.
Currency Reserve — the available amount of assets within the Service at the time the order is created.
3. Subject of the Agreement
3.1. ChamXchange.com provides Users with digital and electronic asset exchange services between different Payment Systems under the terms of this Agreement.
4. Service Provision Procedure
4.1. To receive the service, the User submits an order on the ChamXchange.com website.
4.2. Orders are processed automatically or semi-automatically, with operator participation when necessary.
4.3. The Service executes orders in accordance with the rules of the relevant Payment Systems.
4.4. The Service is not a party to any contractual relationship between the User and Payment Systems.
4.5. The Service is not obliged to verify whether the sender and recipient are the same person.
4.6. By submitting an order, the User confirms the legal origin of the funds and their right to dispose of them.
4.7. The User is solely responsible for compliance with tax laws in their country of residence.
5. Service Fees and Exchange Rates
5.1. Exchange rates and service fees are published on ChamXchange.com and may change without prior notice.
5.2. The rate is fixed at the moment the deposit is received at the address specified in the order.
5.3. Before confirming the operation, the User is shown the current rate, fee, and final amount.
5.4. Order confirmation means the User’s full agreement with all terms of the exchange.
6. Account Management and Verification
6.1. Upon registration, the User must provide accurate and truthful information.
6.2. ChamXchange.com may request additional documents to verify the User’s identity and source of funds (passport, photo, video identification, statements, etc.).
6.3. If suspicious activity or rule violations are detected, the Service may restrict or block account access.
6.4. The User is responsible for the security of their account login information.
6.5. Use of the Service for illegal purposes (money laundering, terrorism financing, gambling, fraud, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
7. AML Control and Security
7.1. All transactions are subject to mandatory AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks.
7.2. The system automatically analyzes fund origins and risk levels to ensure operational security and transparency.
7.3. If suspicious activity is detected — including possible links to resources such as DarkNet, Mixer, Stolen, Rapira.net, and similar — the Service initiates additional verification.
7.4. Transactions may be temporarily suspended until verification is completed.
7.5. If the User refuses to undergo verification, the order may be canceled, and fees retained to cover administrative costs.
8. Liability of the Parties
8.1. The Service’s liability to the User is limited to the amount transferred for exchange.
8.2. ChamXchange.com is not responsible for malfunctions of payment systems, banks, blockchain networks, or other external factors.
8.3. The User bears full responsibility for the accuracy of payment details and all performed actions.
8.4. All risks associated with exchange rate fluctuations, network fees, and technical delays lie with the User.
8.5. In the event of force majeure (technical failures, equipment outages, blocking, sanctions, etc.), both parties are released from liability.
9. Refunds and Order Cancellations
9.1. Refunds are possible only if the exchange has not been completed and funds have not been credited to the User.
9.2. Refunds are made minus payment system fees and possible rate differences.
9.3. Refunds are processed after the User contacts support and verifies their identity.
10. Effective Date
10.1. This Agreement constitutes a public offer.
10.2. Acceptance (consent) occurs when the User creates and confirms an order on ChamXchange.com.
10.3. All transaction details and parameters are automatically recorded by the system.
11. Final Provisions
11.1. ChamXchange.com may amend this Agreement by publishing a new version on the website.
11.2. The Service reserves the right to refuse order processing without explanation.
11.3. If suspicious actions are detected, the operation may be suspended.
11.4. Notifications about order status and technical updates are sent to the User’s email.
11.5. During technical maintenance, access to the website may be temporarily limited.
